Common questions

Is Pupkeeper a vet?

No. Pupkeeper gives general information from veterinary and poison-control sources. It can't examine your dog or give a diagnosis. In an emergency, contact a vet.

Where is my data?

On your phone. There's no account and no sign-in, and we don't receive your dog's details. The privacy policy explains the few features that send data, and what they send.

How do I restore Premium?

Go to Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought Premium with.

How do I move to a new phone?

On your old phone, go to Settings → Back up to a file, and keep the file somewhere you can open from the new phone. Then install Pupkeeper on the new phone and use Restore in Settings.

The photo check got it wrong

AI can make mistakes. Tap Report on the result so we can review it (we get the AI's answer text, not your photo), and search the guide for the item to check what to do.

How do I share a care sheet with my sitter?

Send your sitter the care-sheet link from the app. It opens in any browser, with a Print button, and the details live in the link itself: our server doesn't store them.

How do I delete everything?

Go to Settings → Delete everything on this phone.
